I'm almost positive my past 3 days have been mixed, and I've noticed illness like symptoms that have gotten worse. It's mainly diarrhea that I've noticed when my mood starts to change. Does anyone else have this happen? Calling into work because of it.

When I get anxious I have all sorts of bodily reactions, I have been late to work many a time too. When Im low my whole body feels slow to function.

I vaguely remember reading about gut health affecting mental health and vice versa. I dont have the research on it cos I cant remember where I saw it. Either way I eat yogurt most days so I guess something sunk in from it.

I get terrible stomach pains when I am mixed, usually due to high anxiety. So you are definitely not alone.

When I'm mixed, I get body aches all over. They make the overall irritability worse and don't respond to aleve.
