Someone please tell me about this? I feel like I am going from one extreme to another and loosing my mind. Is this what it is? I'm BP 2 and thought that this was just symptom of BP 1. I'm so confused. Taking my meds but emotions are out of control.

It's hard to say what's going on for sure. If your emotions are out of control it could also be something else too. Can you describe how you feel and if there is any pattern at all and what is the time duration?

Im depressed in the morning, then manic throughout the day, back to depressed after work, then manic and ultimately depressed in the evening. It seems to be every few hours. bouncing back and forth.

I'm a bit like this but then My Pure O means I am easily affected by others moods so in some ways it contradicts my BP. I really thought I was more rapid cycling than BP II. Also mine seems to be days at a time rather than hours. .... thou I can be fine in the morning then Hypomanic in the afternoon.

Gah .... That didn't help at all did it really ?? Sorry

Weeks without sleep, weeks with too much sleep. Or more frequent cycling on a daily basis. Some cycle within hours.

My psych asked me if I have had more up days than down days. I told her it would be easier to dice up the days into up and down hours intead I hope you start feeling better!
