I got out of my depression, stopped drinking, started smoothies
I got a little bit into fractals, recursive drawing, Fibonacci, tessellating images?,lately got irritated started obsessing not sleeping thinking colours tessellating feathers, can't think today back to drinking, gonna have a smoke, practising choir aloooot. hating what is inside of me. being quiet about how i feel. Is this the way it goes, think i am on a collision course. when will this end?

sounds like you are cycling to me. talk to your pdoc about a different course of meds. I tried anything and everything for a couple of years until I finally found what worked. now I don't cycle anymore. take care.
