Hugs your bad thoughts aren't true, I promise. As sucky as this is find something, anything to hold on to. Thing will change they always do and you may be presently surprised by the change but you have to keep moving until then. Keep talking here and may the change be beautiful.

Are u going to therapy and a pdoc? I went through the worst depression every the winter of 2012. It took my pdoc a little while to find to find the right cocktail. She did in April 2013 (Lamictal). I had also been going to therapy and a support group.
