I just found out my pdoc is actually a dr of osteopathy...they are trained medical professionals of course. I just found it interesting. She is a great doctor, although sometimes I feel she is overly concerned. lol She is *always* encouraging me to call the crisis line whenever I am really depressed and to call her anytime things are out of hand as well. I just found it interesting!

My primary care dr is a DO too. She does some chiropractic work if you need.

My new pdoc is a DO. She reviewed all my supplements and recommended new dosages (higher) of fish oil, melatonin, vit D3, and folic acid. I.e. she did the job the GP should have done.

When I said mine is a bit "overly concerned" I mean it....she sees me every 2 weeks right now because of where I have been lately. And like I have said, she is *always* telling me to call the crisis line and gave me a magnet yesterday with the number.
