My meds worked great for about 3 weeks.

I was super stable and then everything went nuts. I could feel some physiological changes before mood shifts. One day I was cycling between hypomania and minor depressed states within minutes all day long. Over the past 3 days I've been constantly hypomanic. At least it's not going beyond that. My Seroquel isn't even touching me and my wife won't let me double up on it. I see my pdoc on 3/5 so I can hang till then. I feel great now but I'm frustrated my meds aren't working anymore and I know that feeling this good is symptomatic.

Anyway, I just needed to vent. I had my hopes up that I had finally found the right combo. Perhaps we did but the doses are too low now.

Hopefully increasing the dose will improve your situation. I have had a similar experience with Trileptal. Good luck.
Thanks for this!
