Hi everyone,
I'm wondering IF any member has had concerns or symptoms of muscle aches/cramping like stiffness while taking Seroquel?
I've recently (January) increased my dosage from 25 mg to 50 mg once daily at night. At time of the dosage increase I had fallen off the fitness band wagon.

Two months forward my body is accustomed to the newer dose and feeling (mentally) great! I've gotten back on the fitness routine-sometimes I admit may be too often. With this said I feel like my recovery time is longer and more painful. I feel that enough time has passed with my fitness routine that I shouldn't be feeling these aches and pains!?!

Am I nuts to believe this med could be partly to blame? I want to stay committed to my treatment plan but,,,,sometimes the aches/pains are strong

Ugh.

I had bad muscle pain starting around 100mgs on Seroquel, so it certainly could be effecting you that way. If it's bothersome enough, talk to your doctor.

Are you having any fever or excessive sweating, salivation? Those could be symptoms of neuroleptic malignant syndrome and needs medical assistance asap.
