I got locked into a bad depression with suicidal thoughts, urges to self harm and a total loss of interest in everything and all the usual 'whats the point' stuff. This went on for 2 days, weird thing is I woke up today feeling great! I've never had depression fade this fast, I have music on and singing with it and dont have any negativity in my head at the moment. I want this to stick for as long as, I was very prepared for 2 months of hell lol

I've had a year of depression, then 2 weeks ago mid-day I clicked into hypomania, the next day I felt normal, then the next day I felt normal with a little depression, then the next day depressed again.

Rather odd illness

I always thank God when I'm having a good day. They are so far and few between. Enjoy it while it lasts. :-)

Yes, I agree. I feel very fortunate when this happens. It is even betterwhen I feel this way, and my "brain fog" lifts at the same time, where I can think clearly. This makes for a five star experience. I need more times like this.
