I wake up every single day feeling so freaking empty! I literally feel nothing. I sit on a couch and stare. It's like my mind can't think of anything. But, everyday, somehow around the same time something hits me and I am off the wall with energy. I annoy people with my racing thoughts and rapid speech I can't stop talking and I just keep energizer bunnying' around town wasting money. This happens every single day and I cannot control any bit of it. AAAAAAHHHHHHHH I'm freaking driving myself crazy!!!

And on top of waking up every morning feeling empty, most times along with the emptiness I have some form of "I should kill myself" thinking because I can't stand feeling nothing. I feel like the frustration is slowly building up and sooner or later I'm going to erupt. Of course I do tend to feel like that all the time, so maybe I'm just being nitpicky...

Thanks for listening to my vent/question/I don't know what this was...I'm just dealing with my energy now.
Hugs from:

Can you listen to music that used to evoke an emotional response in you, and see if perhaps it would do again?

Hmm...interesting thought, I just can't make myself listen to music all the time. It just sounds so annoying sometimes. I know that's like blasphemy, haha. I love music so much but I hate it when I feel certain ways.

It sounds like your in a mixed episode. You sound both very depressed and manic with the high energy, spending and talking alot. Do you have a good t you can see?.maybe see yr.pdoc?.I'm.just worried about your thoughts with suicide too. Can you confide in a friend who understands you? Try and take a bath when you feel like going out to spend money. If you need to don't hesitate to go to the hospital too. Try and be easy on your self :-)

Yeah I just had a t appointment a couple days ago... bad thing is that I was so tangential in what I was talking about that I didn't get in even a quarter of the things that I wanted to talk to him about. I just kept on interrupting him, it felt so right and important at the time. Haha. Oh well, I see him in like 6 days again anyways.

Lobster, I'm sorry you're feeling so horrible I think you should see your doctor ESPECIALLY if you dabble with suicidal thoughts. I'm guilty of waiting until I'm extremely distressed to see him but I feel a little relieved after we've discussed how I feel and treatment options.

I read a magazine someone gave me. Here's an excerpt :

“Diana says that she would never kill herself. Still, at times she sees little point in going on with life. “My greatest wish is to be killed in an accident,” she says. “I’ve come to view death as a friend—not an enemy.”
Many people can relate to Diana’s feelings, and some of them have contemplated—or attempted—suicide. Experts point out, however, that most people who try to kill themselves do not really want to end their life; they merely want to end their suffering. In short, they believe that they have a reason to die; what they need is a reason to live.
Why go on? Consider three reasons to keep living.”

Excerpt From: WATCHTOWER. “Awake!, April 2014.” Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, Inc. iBooks.

I found the digital copy on jw.org. It's the Awake that talks about 'Why go on living?"
I know its Bible based and I'm not sure if it's a no-no to share this sort of stuff on this forum but I just found that I felt the same as some of the people in the article and I found some comfort so I thought I'd share. You can look for it or not

I truly hope you feel better soon
