Feeling angry. Sad. Worldwoe-ish. Lot of things I cannot quite put to words.

Maybe I should turn off the news for just one day. Maybe I should just enjoy the spring. Maybe I should let myself BE angry and sad instead of putting on mask of zen chick.

I don't know.

Is there anything that happened to make you feel so much anger and sadness?

The news can certainly put a dampen on your day, so try turning it off and just forget about the world for a moment. Sounds like you need to focus more on looking after yourself and attending to your needs.

Take care of yourself,
Aimee

The world events is just trigger to my own ****. I wish I could somewhat disconnect from it and not take the world personally.

Right now I can't.

No, I won't to any deadly but impressive gestures. Have things to do. Although they feel meaningless.

The news triggers me too. I try not to watch, too, much. Make sure you get plenty of rest. Do the things that need to be done and let the rest slide for a while. Pamper yourself. You deserve it.

You're braver than I... I stopped trying to stomach the news years ago. Of course I read or see enough to keep me current, but the constant influx of negativity is just not something my psyche could withstand any longer. Made me feel ill, dirty, and disgusted to be human.

I think you just need a breather, you've been very involved with current events, protesting, appearing on the news and whatnot. Seems like you just need time to regroup, everyone needs vacation time.

Embrace spring with its new scents and new colours. Tomorrow is another day to fight for the good of mankind.

Sometimes it's just hard not to get involved.

And I kinda hate the history right now. And I hate the 16 year old version of myself who used to think it would be exciting to live through turbulent times.

Saddest thing? Hard to run from this as I always did, since one of my get-a-way is annexed and somehow,it feels very very personal.
