On 2 occasions I heard chirping - like a bird chirping - it lasted about 15'
It sounded so real, but I was inside and could not find its source.
Hallucination??? was scary and distracting...

Try to not worry about it too much. Wait and see if it ever occurs again. It could have been perhaps something in your house. Even a very big, loud bird outside. But I understand your fear.

I once thought I heard "Hello" but I think it was just my stomach growling. Still not sure, but it never happened again.

I hear music in my head being played on a radio station that is not quite tuned in all of the way.

Talked to my pdoc and has said that this is pretty common

Mice make a high pitched sound similar to chirping. Or it could be a hallucination. My first ever auditory hallucination was hearing a cat sneeze and I thought, oh, one of my cats has gotten in the house. I searched all over the house and didn't find a cat inside; just hallucinating them sneezing.

I remembre a voice that was whispering to me. I do not remember what it was saying, but I think it was the word "Hello", repeated over-and-over again. Something meaningless and crazy like that.

Just recently I had my headphones on. I heard what seemed to be my daughter asking me a question. I listened carefully thinking it was the music on the headphones. I then would quickly turn around to see her rapt attention on her TV show. She would tell me she said nothing. This kept happening until I caught her one time doing this. She was playing with me! That is my teenage daughter. What would I do without her?

But getting back to the topic, a bird chirping sound is not something I would be overly concerned about.

Okay, I get stress about these things. One time I made my family turn off and unplug everything and I mean everything. It was unplugged and the beaker was off. I still couldn't find the noise so I sat on the bed and cried trying to accept I really am crazy. So I told my therapist, she seems to try to rationalize my crazy. Her suggestion take a quick shower, blast some music, being upset about it makes it louder and more annoying.

Just because you didn't find the source doesn't mean there wasn't a bird around. I think at times out senses are heightened for some reason. One time I heard a roach (mind you it was a palmetto bug, rainy seasons in FL are horrible) walking on the floor in the middle of the night. I jumped up and turned on the lights and there it was. I spent the next hour casing it around with hairspray. My point is, maybe there was a nest or bird nearby and you heard the chirping loud and clear. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Thanks for this!
