I don't know where the end of one is and the start of another is. I feel like an ***, all because my wife's attitude. I don't know what I did to make her made but now I hate me and want to cut. I want to have a reason to hurt like I do. I want all of the to go away. Is it caused by PTSD or is this the bipolar talking? How do I know the difference? Does it matter what the difference is? Most likely no it doesn't it hurts and I want the pain to stop, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. FML.

Don't cut, please. It sounds like the bipolar and PTSD. Can you go somewhere safe to relax?
Thanks for this!
