I really can't decide if I'm manic or I'm mixed. Physically I feel manic. My mind is what can't seem to make a decision. One minute, I feel like I can conquer the world, the next it feels like the world is too much to take. Anyone else ever experience this?

You sound more mixed than manic. Have you discussed this with a psychologist?

I saw my T yesterday, although only for a half hour because I couldn't sit still much longer than that. I told her what was going on, and all she said was that she was going to call and talk to my pdoc cause she thinks I need some major med changes.

I can't believe how often I read about someone on this website who's trying to decide exactly what altered state of mind they're in. AM I ALL ALONE IN MY INSANITY?! Hasn't anyone heard the old, old saying, "The insane person is the last to know that they're insane." When I'm depressed - I bloody well know it, but when I'm manic or manic-psychotic, or manic-psychotic with hallucinations, etc. - I feel fantastic and 200% alive! Damn if anyone's going to tell me that I'm "not right" as they strap me down with leather restraints and inject thorazene into my person until I'm paralyzed with that old familiar leaded feeling.
