Hi Everyone, haven't posted for a while. Feel my meds, Depakote 1000mg and Sertraline 50mg a day are really doing the trick with evening out my moods. The only problem I seem to have is I get real tired very easily. I can start off the day ok but I get kind of "spaced out". My family have commented on this - i.e. I don't contribute to conversations now very much and look off in the distance.

For me this is good in some ways as I am beginning to understand where my cut off point is. I can't stand a lot of noise and chaos around me or a room of people talking. Whereas before I was the life and soul and was always full of wit and humour (still have it but to a lesser degree).

The only problem I seem to have left is anxiety. My shoulders can get all knotted up and my muscles ache quite a bit when I'm tired out.......my body is telling me to slow down but I seem to want to move faster and be like my old self if you know what I mean. Really weird.

I guess its all a learning process. Thanks for listening and hope everyone is well.

{{{{{{Babs}}}}}}} You know how I feel about Depakote, but if it's working for you, great!
You are not alone on the "noise" stuff, I can't stand a lot of people or loud places; it really hurts my mind, I know how you feel.
~tons of hugs hon~
