So I go to work at 5 in the morning and this morning I realized that all car manufacturers secretly (or not so secretly) support gay rights. All of the trail lights I saw made red equal signs (commonly seen/used as gay rights equality signs). Can't get the racing thoughts out of my head. Even though I have a migraine coming on....

I've never noticed this, but maybe I just don't pay attention to cars? Hope you feel better soon, if the racing thoughts are making you uncomfortable.

Hang in there tig. Only two more weeks until your psych appointment (if you're the one who has it on apr 23rd). You seem to be rapid cycling - 2-3 week episodes just like me. But we're opposite. I'm depressed right now. But I know how tiring it is to go back and forth so often. Try to do some grounding techniques so you can stay connected to earth.

I have two to three week episodes as well. Finally Lamictal and Restoril work. But they are so expensive! Especially Lamictal!

Try to eat some protein, that should help with the headache.

Psych is the 21 so a little under 2 weeks. But everything seems to be going so much slower. Which is making my days feel like forever long.

Btw I hope there IS a vast left wing conspiracy through car companies lol. Gay rights is one of my passionate causes and i would laugh hysterically.
