I thought it was going to be a depressive episode, but I'm not so sure now.
I've been sad, tired, and slow in doing things...but my thoughts and speech are rapid most of the time. I'm also being very productive despite my depression.
It seems that everything INSIDE of me is fluid and quick, but my outside can't keep up. It's such a strange experience.
On top of that, I keep getting irate and having thoughts of harming others. No serious urges yet, but still, it's enough to get me wondering.
Anybody have any ideas?

You might be experiencing a mixed episode. Have you discussed this with your psychologist and psychiatrist? A med tweak might be in order, so that this doesn't aggravate.
Thanks for this!

I also think this may be a mixed episode. Your psychiatrist may be able to tell for sure.

Ditto what everyone else has said. Be careful. Mixed states can be kind of tricky. I hope you can get things straightened out soon!

Thanks everyone. I had my suspicions but didn't want to make a quick judgement.

Your description sounds like what a mixed state feels like to me. I cannot imagine a worse feeling....like every cell of my being is flying apart in all directions and melting into a lump at the same time.
Thanks for this!
