so I ran out of my mood stablizers as well as few others of my meds....and my bipolar has just gone out of control and I am one minute happy a punch, and the next an irritable mess yelling and arguing with everyone, or just a ball of tears, and depression.

i really hate how unstable I am and the only refuge I seem to have is going in to my two jobs and focusing on work there.

But luckily I have found some really good natural supplements that seem to help me out a lot when i am not on my regular meds i wanna continue taking these and see if it might help with things....heck possibly in the future might try finding a mix that works well enough to go all organic.

But i honestly think that might wishful thinking on my part.

lol but it would be nice to hope for better. i am honestly thinking though sitting down and talking to my doctor about changing my mood stabilizer I am questioning how well its working for me and seeing if I have other options at all.

So unstable and not doing well......having lots of mad depression and trying very VERY hard not to harbor feelings of suicide or self harm....but that is a challenge in of it self.

Supplements will help if you really believe they will. Remember the placebo effect!
