Its back. Its creeping in...has been for over a week now. Its burrowing its poisonous tentacles in me and taking hold...its invading my sanity. Anxiety is killing me. Last week I felt sudden onset panic for no apparent reason whatsoever! This week little stupid situations or reasons have made me just anxious in general and close to freaking out. Even situations that shouldn't have no effect on me or that I have been in numerous before have been upsetting and overwhelming!!

Im starting to have physical symptoms of anxiety now, Im getting sick. WHY? OH WHY?!

Anxiety is not your fault. It is just messed up body chemisty. It could be messed up due to just plain old ordinary genetic bad luck, or sleep deprivation can cause panic attacks in people with ADHD. I hope you see a psychiatrist and get treated.

I saw her just last week and I wasn't as bad then. :/ I do see my T today. I just got a call back from my pdoc. She said I can increase my gabapentin during the day (both morning and afternoon if need be). She basically gave me permission to up it up to 600mg at the most on my own til Im comfortable.
