I'm doing this here and a few other places to keep me on track.

I pledge to
Take my meds how i'm told. No making my own adjustments.
To go to all therapy and pdoc appts
To not beat myself up when I stumble
To reach out when I need help
To try to focus more on the good rather than the what ifs
To practice calming things like meditation, yoga, deep breathing, etc
To look at this list when I need reminded of this pledge
To add to this pledge if needed.

But MH is not as simply as "take yo meds and count on others".

this is equally important.

When you truly learn it, a meditation can work within minutes to make you better... to the degree of managable. Compare it to weeks to count on med to kick in and seeing if it works, or even hours to days till those whom you reach to respond.

Just sayin'
