ive taken it. didnt really help much...was expensive. didnt cause weight gain..no side effects for me...it isnt effective if you go on and off of it. I am also scared of antipsychotics and refuse to take them. I just take a mood stablizer and an AD.

I'm on it and it does wonders for me. I'm not depressed anymore and I've had no side effects from it. I'm not sure about going on and off again. I did decrease the dose a bit so u wouldn't feel so numb and have had no problems.

I took it briefly, it worked fast to lift some of my depression. I was taking it at the same time I had an undiagnosed intestinal infection and was having trouble keeping it down...I wasn't eating enough. I actually might ask to try it again now that I'm better. Antipsychotics have often made the difference in whether or not my episodes improve.

I took it for a while, but it didn't do anything for me. No side effects though. Finally just quit taking it.

Latuda didn't help my long-standing (more than 8 months now) bipolar depression one bit. I don't recall any side effects to speak of either. I hope it works for you.

It is a more uplifting drug rather than an antimanic drug.

I took it.. I didn't like how I felt on it. I took it for 2 weeks and dropped it right off. I am thankful my pdoc had samples of this as it's very expensive.

I'm on it. It does wonders for me. My pdoc changed me from abilify to Latuda, and it was much better. It didn't make me feel like I couldn't wake up in the morning even though I'm on 160mg. I think you are supposed to taper on and off.

I had to take mine at night bec it would make me sleepy. I also have noticed that I'm in motion all the time which Pdoc said it might be a side effect. I either have a leg jerking around or fingers drumming. Just can't sit still. Otherwise no side effects. Yes expensive but not as bad as Abilify.

My daughter was on Latuda for a short period of time. It really helped her symptoms but it made her nauseas and she stopped taking it

I just started, the only effect I've noticed is that the ocean roar/ music in my head stopped. No sleepiness, no anything else. The Pdoc said it is just temporary until I get stable, then maintain on the lamictal.

I've been on it for several months now. It helps me fall asleep an then I take something else to fall back asleep the second time around since I always wake up too soon. Other than that there are no side effects and its been pleasantly weight neutral. It helps me with transient or mild psychotic thinking but has done nothing else. So far nothing touches the negative symptoms or depression.

It has done wonders for my depression. Only thing is I have to take it at night because it makes me sleepy otherwise no side effects. It is expensive but worth it to me.
