Well I feel mania and I am coping great for now of coarse I hope to live it down

I would post this thread in the bipolar forum because only people with bipolar 1 experience mania and those with schizoaffective disorder bipolar type (such as myself). You may not have a lot of people who could give you advice and/or relate to your situation in the social chat forum.
