Sporadically throughout the day I have cried. BUT I have so many factors going on here, it's difficult to decipher why I am crying sometimes. A lot of the time right now is because I am postpartum. But as long as I can remember, I have always been known in my family as, "the crier". I am over emotional, cannot help it. Today just one of those days; the kids not listening, being kids, does not help either.

Sorry to hear you're having a rough day. Personally, sometimes when I have days like that it's best for me to just let it all out and not wonder where it's coming from or what triggered it. I try to let it feel healing instead of confusing. That's certainly not for everyone, though. Hope you start to feel better.

I hope your day gets better. Sometimes crying it out can be the best thing, although I'm not very good at taking my own advice. I hate crying personally. I'm sorry things are rough right now.
