So I was signing in to my Partial program and I saw some copies of a magazine called BP. I immediately thought bipolar of course and lo and behold, it is a magazine devoted entirely to bipolar. Articles like returning to work, dare to disclose, steering through depression, and an ex NFL player with bipolar. It is so great to have something like this! It confirms that we are indeed not alone. I think I might order a subscription if I like the rest of it.

Bipolar Disorder Magazine | Bipolar Symptoms | bphope is the website for it. Pretty cool.

There is one for anxiety, too. Same people publish it. I haven't subscribed yet because I haven't seen an actual copy and wasn't how helpful it would be. Let me know if you like the rest of it.

I never have money for a subscription but I saw the magazine at my psychiatrist's office and ordered an online version of one of the back issues last year.
