I've had it for years. Has anyone tried meditation or sleep hypnosis? It's been really bad lately.

Meditation helps me. Also for an hour or so before bed I give up screens like computers or TVs and just light a candle and read. Winding down helps.

I managed to fall asleep last night. I took your advice and made sure that when I went to bed, is was without a book. My mind was still racing, so I talked to myself to get thru the anxiety...and I went to sleep! Still really tired this a.m., but thank you!
