I took Vistaril for one month, then stopped, Seroquel for three, then foolishly stopped suddenly (silly me), then Neurontin for two days (didn't work on me) until finally they tried Depakote and it works. I started to feel weird on the Vistaril. They are saying now I only have insomnia and reversed my diagnosis and want me off all medications. Great. Thanks. After a long time on drugs. Now I am on a low dose 250mg of Depakote, that's it daily, what is causing my hand tremor 2 months spaced apart of only being on Depakote?

I have a hand & head tremor which is allegedly caused by Depakote. But the Depakote is for seizures as well as manias so I can't go off it

No dose reductions could stop my Depakote-induced hand tremor. I had to go off it completely. And even then it took a while for the tremor to go away.
I would love to tolerate 250 mg because it is a migraine prevention dose and I have migraines. But no, even that little caused tremor. |
