I'm new to this but I thought I would give it a try. I'm been diagnosed with list of stuff, byt the biggest thing is the depression. I feel like it is holding me down. I went through a bad experience with a hip replacement last year and I nearly died and I just can't get past it. I'm just looking for someone to talk to that may have had a similar experience and knowledge and can offer suggestions to get past this.

Hello 2dark2c, welcome to Psych Central!

I take it that you have bipolar as well as this is the bipolar forum. Are you on medication and are you seeing a therapist? That would be what you need to do if not. Feel free to look around the forums, we are all in the same boat here, look forward to reading you, it's a great community!
