I am back on the bipolar forum because I do have that diagnosis. Doc says it's a spectrum and this website's info fit me very well: Bipolar II, Mood Swings without Mania; Brain Tours; Stress and Depression; Hormones and Mood; and more.... Let me know what you all think.

That is a really great site. I and others I know have used it for personal reference and to advise others on Bipolar [and associated information] countless times.

He also has a great book called "Why am I still depressed? " about bp ii. I felt like it fit me perfectly.

I've used this site before, and really like it. Especially to explain different medications to others.
