Might lose my soulmate soon if she cannot understand manic-depression and I don't quit being an idiot. Any suggestions?

Well I'd begin by looking at why I am putting myself down? and why we would let someone else "judge" how or how not we should behave? I'd say if this person is your soulmate then you'd be able to sit and talk about this? I guess.
