I've been depressed for a while, I see my family and I'm euphoric, I'm telling them stay away I haven't showered in weeks, I am hugged, I feel joy and love. Then they leave my room, now I'm thinking about suicide and I'm crying. ugh my moods!

Is there a way to see them more?

Can you email them, just to keep in touch?

Do not think thoughts of self harm.
You have too many people that love you

See your P.doc and talk about this

Taking a shower makes me feel more relaxed and like a human being.
