Anyone have an music (bands, etc) they use to help them relax, or focus?

How about guided audio meditations available on an android phone?

My T gave me some meditation music....few differnt sorts....blowing wind, ocean waves,I copied it and put it on my phone so I can put rhe earphones in and use it to fall alseep ar night.

Depends what I need. Sometimes I just need to cry so have music on phone that not trigger but evokes emotional response. Other times need loud for anger.

Phone and earplugs worked well. Dont use a T music a lot to be honest....use more often streaming music app that auto sleeps after set time....rune into genre want, set timer, then fall asleep listening to random music dependant on mood. Works well. Sky.fm

Sometimes I go to youtube and use binaural beats before sleeping, or use them just a little bit during an anxious day.
