I lay in bed all day and I find joy in nothing, Haven't touched my xbox in 8 months, can't handle friendships, I just want to sleep until my mood elevates.

Sleep won't necessarily elevate your mood.
You might need to get active and get some exercise, even if you have to force yourself at first.

I agree with Pawn, force yourself to get out of bed and start running, run as fast as you can and get all sweaty, then you will defenetly feel better (been there, done that), try it, it's free

jesusplay, I feel you and am right there with you. I wonder how its possible to feel so little and not care about anything. Sleeping makes me feel worse, but I can't seem to make myself do much else.

I hear you man.

Find a support group and GO to it. If you cannot do anything else, do that. Check NAMI and/or meetup.com for a group in your region.
