so on all my meds and stuff my brain feels like mush but i want to read... what books do you recommend *no triggers please* about bipolar? __________________ desperately trying not to drown |

Puppy Chow is Better Than Prozac by Bruce Goldstein. I'm just starting my way through it but its about a man who found salavation in a dog to help him with his symptoms and recovery. It's a little tough at the beginning but it's hopeful.
