Ok this is embarrassing. I read a few things on line and found it was normal for bipolars. Oh god, ok here we go. (shy mode)

Anyone ever fantasy's? Like being a singer, or being with someone famous? Be in a world of your own? Have space that no one knows about?

Ive been on meds that totally have taken this away. But the other side effects were horrible.

Just wondering.

Hmm...idk...I think it's an overactive imagination thing...maybe...others would have chime to get a quorum...

I know that I have always had very active imagination, albeit one that is the hard to focus...hence I am not a famous author (yet!).

and
Paracosm - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This does an explanation.

This was one of my questions my doctor asked me when deciding on my disorder 8 years ago.

And -- no I don't do that....at least not that I know of....my 'fantasy' is not that pervasive. It's more like daydreaming.

Everyone fantasizes. About being a rock star or a famous artist, explorer or whatever. If we didn't imagine doing these things, nobody would ever Be a rock musician, explorer or artist or any other amazing thing.
The being with someone famous is also a very common fantasy. "Normals" day dream about movie stars all the time. This isn't a bipolar thing, it's a human thing
