I got a series of 14 deep body piercings in one sitting w/o crying on my back while hypomanic. Each rejected :'(

Then while manic I got my wrist tattooed with a reality check because I felt like I was slipping it was my first tattoo. I love tattooing. I got my eyeliner tattooed and have seven tattoos planed for when I splurge. Next time I'll get my inner elbow tattooed.

Post a picture.

Oohhh, yes! I definitely understand tattoo/piercing addiction. I mostly have a thing for piercings, but I also have a tat. I can't let myself get another one or I'll end up with, like, 50. I was a hard core cutter for over 10 years so whenever I get stressed or upset or depressed, I still crave the pain. My most recent piercing was about 6 weeks ago. I'm bad about letting them close up though. Right now, I just have two that I can and do still put jewelry in (industrial and tragus). I love that newly pierced feel!

I'm more scared that I won't like it once its done and I also worry about what my family will think. They are all really conservative. My daughter has several tattoos and my brothers disapprove.

My fav tattoo (I have 9) is my bipolar one on my wrist. I love tattoos and they are addictive. The only reason I don't have more is money. I always crave new ones when I'm up. It hurts me a lot but I still go back for more!!

Totally go for it! I'm currently working on a sleeve on my right arm, almost half way done, and so excited to finish it! One of my friends is an AMAZINg tattoo artist. He is doing all of them bc we want them To all be cohesive.. I love love love getting them done. At this point I barely feel it. Last time I fell asleep. It's actually calming to me. After I feel tired, but exuberant at the same time, it's rad. Looks great!as long as you can vomit and go to an established and talented artist all is well. Have fun but yeah I got my fingers tattooed while manic roaming around LA while visiting a friend. They are cute, but the "deep meaning" of why I got what I did was a bit lost after coming out of it. An oops that thankfully works on me so it def can be a little dangerous!

I have sleeves with some skin showing through, one on the entire top of my foot and onto my ankle, and three across my upper back. They all have meaning to me, they all stem from all my family. I always plan my tattoos and think of new ones that will incorporate family into them. Luckily, my tattoo artist books up about 2 months out and I won't go to anyone else, so that keeps me from getting impulse tats. I also kinda love the feeling of getting tatted, hurts but doesn't at the same time.

Nice tattoo! My forearms, hands, lower legs, and upper chest are tattooed. So what if it's addictive? Just choose good art and an exceptional artist and go for it!

Tattoos are the best way of expressing yourself if you ask me. I only have one at the moment but it has a meaning and all of the ones I intend to get will have a meaning behind them.

Hay guys! Otroo ......................... COOL man COOL!! It's not a crap pic, it's wicked!!

Yeah, everybody just go for it. Ha ha, I'm kinda ''old'' but I'm still tatting away, and piercing, though not enough room for many more!! My 12 dermol anchors also migrated out, seems the body dislikes metal stuck in it. Shame 'cos they looked really pretty, all gem stones. 11 piercings in each ear, and tragus. No industrial, that looks really OUCH!! Nose twice but took one out. Lip 2 alongside but they also migrated. Next Tattoo's gonna be stars from hairline down neck to back. It doesn't matter where and what as I'm old!! They've never stopped me finding work, infact most people are fascinated with those. HUGS. XXXXXXXXXXXX

I can't afford tattoos anymore nor can I afford piercings but the second I can I'll be getting more. I have an artist that says he can tattoo over well healed scar tissue so I'm thinking about eventually getting forearm pieces because if I have beautiful ink I won't self harm there anymore...and it's not the same rush for me to do it anywhere else. But then I don't know if he can really do it. But what difference does it make, I wear long sleeves all te time anyway, I suppose I would just continue doing that if the tattoos came out bad, right?
