Last year for whatever reason my doctor took me off my meds except my effectsor. ( Stupid idea. I guess he wanted to see if I was really bi-polar) I started losing a lot of weight. And joined "planet fitness" and was doing great. My bipolar kept getting worse and I started spin out of control. Manic pretty much all the time. Always on the high until crash! Then the roller coaster happened over again. When I was thinking of suicide he started the pill poppers.

They were helping but I was getting fat from them and had zero sex drive. I stopped going to the gym because why exercise when Im still getting fat? Right?

Ive been on a new medication since December and I have lost four dress sizes. Im eating healthier and no longer crave sweets so bad. My sex drive is amazing (which both are a side affect from the new medication)

So....I am going to start going to the gym on post. With all the weight loss I want to tighten up. I meet a personal trainer on Tuesday and hopefully Thursday next week. I will be sore but Im ready to get healthy again.

This should help with the bipolar.
