i feel like with all the meds i'm on, i have no emotions. i'm just -____- all the time. not happy or sad, just meh. i'm fine.

i don't know if this is good?

i mean, i feel like i can't be depressed (which is nice) but i also can't be happy?

I am the same way and it's funny you brought this up cause I was just explaining this exact thing to my wife just the other day. It sucks but better than feeling like I want to die all the time.

Yeah I hear you and I been having problems with my short term memory. I just recently took a six week CBT class and when I would leave I could not remember anything that was taught.

From what parts I remember it has helped. I would recommend finding a class and trying it out I still have my note book that I read all the time and that really helps out.

I felt pretty flattened when I first started taking Zyprexa in addition to all my other meds. Didn't like it. Eventually though the emotions started coming back, just much less intense than they used to be. I do miss my hypomania, but I DON'T miss the depression or the bouncing-off-the-walls-manic moods. It's all a trade-off.....everyone deals with it in their own way.

Each time I go see my pdoc, I take a list with me.

That list starts with how I have been feeling overall, then what I like about how I am feeling and what I don't like about what I am feeling, and what I would like to change.

I find taking this approach with the pdoc, makes it easier for him to get down to where I am at, and shows him that I am aware of what is happening within my own body and am prepared to take control rather than sit there and make him ask all the questions and drive the treatment.

Give it a try. You might be suprised at just what you write down to take.

Hope that helps a bit. Hugs, I hate the 'fuzzy head' days
