I'm about to head to the cdl school because I've got to do something, but will I get refused due to instability
and blood pressure.

My only other option is to knock the windows out of my truck and take it to the dirt track Sat. night.

I am a cdl holder but I no longer drive. You might have to lie about your psych meds though also as far as your bp goes a standard dot medical card is good for two years but with high bp it will be limited to one year. If you have any more questions ask away. Oh if you have a weigh station near you stop in and ask them questions about your psych meds.

Worse part about this is I can't get my head to stay focused to attempt anything, as I have been either zoombied out or spinning in circles.

I can't tell if you keep alluding to suicide or not, but we can't do anything about that from here - talk to us, for sure, but if you feel suicidal, get help from someone physically close to you. A counsellor, a helpline. Trust me, it's worth it.
