anybody has experience with this?

I recently visited one of the budapest baths and found it extremelly relaxing. I could literally feel my worries getting disolved in the warm mineral waters.

But too early to judge for now as hungary has been exhausting in many ways (too much walking, too much booze (hey, don't judge on not passing on 4 euro per liter local wines... and good ones too), too little sleep, too much excitement... but right now i feel that i am able to let go.... and feel somewhat mellow....

but I wonder if this might be something worth doing annually or maybe biannually... would it really help to reset and get myself "right"?

I would pursue anything that works. Perhaps a hot sauna would be a substitute. Perhaps this with a goof deep pressure massage can do the trick.
