Back from three months ago to one month ago, my mood chart showed swings from mildly elevated to moderately depressed. Moderately depressed is when I am having trouble functioning. The mood swings would happen over a few days and look like hills with large drop offs.

Now for the last month I have been relatively stable. I have not been stable like this in a long time. Could this be because of my last dosage increase in Zyprexa several weeks ago? Or my increase in Lamictal over a few months ago? I do not want this to change!

EDIT: I meant Zyprexa and Lamictal.

It could be the medication. Congratulations that you are feeling so well. I myself have finally found the right drug cocktail and it's working great.

It's both yr hard work and the right med combo. I recently came out of a severe depression and entered an iop.program at the hospital. They increased a med and I worked hard during the groups. I.got stable then my mom died two weeks ago so I'm feeling blue again. I'm so glad you are feeling good. It's the best feeling too be stable isn't it .I.loved zyprexa but I gained too much weight on it. Happy for you.
