I just am so tired of being a roller coaster...I feel no combination of meds will ever work. Maybe I do need lithium or a lobotomy, if I can find a doctor out there to do one. I am just tired, tired of crying. This illness is so tiresome.

I'm sorry you're going through this. Yes it is tiresome. But it's part of our life and we must keep going until we see the brighter side and there is a brighter side. It takes time.

Yep, I'm sure a lot of us can relate to being tired of it all. And I reckon this is what its all about, being able to come on here and just say how you feel. It's really cool in that way. It's hard to be able to hear something positive from someone else when you feel the way you feel at the moment OP. Well that's what it's like for me when I am like that anyway. Anyone with any positive news can just piss off. I hope you find the right combo of meds or come up with a solution to what sounds like your low.
