Let your parents get mad. You are only 13, you need to tell them. This isn't something to fool around with.
Print out the test results and tell them you need help. They'll get over being mad. If they don't listen, tell a school counselor or a teacher or a trusted adult. Get help. It's important. |

Bipolar disorder is not one to go untreated, whatever that may consist of. Only a trained professional can accurately diagnose you. Please find someone to confide in and get the help you need. Take care.

I think we have heard you in the past on this very same situation. Self-testing quizzes are not for a person to self-diagnose themselves. It has been suggested also, by the members here that you seek professional help, have a psychiatric evaluation and then follow through with what options he or she gives you.
Other than that, if you refuse professional help and/or keep things from your parents, nothing is going to change, you'll just continue to dance around this going no where. I wish you luck with this and urge you to get professional help.
