Hi all.
I am so fed up with this bp thing. I am to the point where I only see two choices, using drugs/alcohol or the alternative. I don't have a plan for the alternative but do think about it when I feel fed up. I just feel tired from it all. Has anyone else ever felt like this? Mypdoc is out of town until WEd and i cannot get in touch with my tdoc. Any words of wisdom out there for me? |

I'm sorry to hear you feeling this way, UTR...I think most all of us have felt this way at one time or another. If you're feeling that bad, call your pdoc's office anyway. There should be someone on call to handle these situations.
Just remember that drugs and alcohol don't make you feel better...they will make you worse very quickly. Please stay safe until you can get help...we can help.
