has anyone new to a particular medication or medications in general experience being sick more often or infections. i get reoccurring sore throats now. ive been to the doctor many different times for them to tell me i don't have anything. i know some medications can lower your immune system.

I have experienced a sore throat when I started on certain meds. I figured it was some kind of side effect.

most pharmaceuticals can deprive body of vitamins and minerals. So they would make your more sensitive towards infections.

sore throats are a typical side effect on most medications.. Talk to your Pdoc about it.
