I have been here at psychcentral posting and making friends on the bipolar forum for almost 3 months, and I am already a veteran member with 500 posts!!!
 I am so glad this place exists, I have NEVER had a bipolr community, or even a supportive bipolar friend in my life. Now I have a whole bunch!

This is a great place to have people listen to your troubles. I really enjoyed posting here and listen to other people's problems.

Ive never talked with any one with bipolar either , so i got comfort from this forum knowing its just not me ou thier with bp

This is a unique place... I was on another forum and it just triggered me.often... (I'm sorry but is supposed to somewhat serious about disorders. .. that forum has turned into.a.teenage acne filled 8 going through adolecents.so now I'm paralyzed..... sorry maybe that was a bit.much...... but anyway I take offense to this.. been banned 4 times there... glad to be here where people are kind.. serious.and light hearted as well as knowledgeable about their disorder (s) .. so glad I found this site

I am a new member but I feel right at home
I have even participated in a couple of chats - which is WAY outside my comfort zone. Hopefully I'll make friends soon.
