I've been in the habit for a long time to journal when my mind races. Unfortunately that means I get to see the chaos my mind was believing. I slept 4 hours last night...give or take I think.
I really need something to knock me down at night and get rid of these irrational beliefs I'm somewhat holding onto during the day but appear to fully believe in the late late evening . During the day I seem a lot better but not fully well. Luckily none of those beliefs truly hurt anyone or myself. They just make for a slightly scary but yet funny read later. Well one more night and I see NP. Hopefully we find something that works quickly. |
