This has probably been done, before, but I'm curious what little signs, which maybe only you might recognize, that signal you are (hopefully, at least) coming out of a depression.
Two big signs for me: 1) I start to brush my teeth regularly 2) I start to absentmindedly whistle again. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk __________________ “Some people never go crazy. What truly horrible lives they must lead.” ― Charles Bukowski |

crying is actually a sign for me. When I'm depressed, I can't even cry. When I'm coming out of it, I start crying at things.

I stop just wanting to sit in my chair and zone out....I start to game, work in the yard, walk the dogs, other stuff.
Sometimes, even when depressed I do these things by forcing myself...the difference is willingness... Showering and grooming every day is a huge one too.. |

Noticing the house needs cleaned and doing it.
Making my bed every day. (Well, most days!) I have a sense of humor again. __________________ I still dream and I still hope, therefore I can take what comes today.
