I told her that this dbt module is hard for me because its about where you want your life to go.
And im all anxious lately. Internal restlessness. Intrusive thoughts. I started smoking. Im a mess. My t knows about everything by the smoking. Im in bed right now watching loveboat.

She said "why didnt you tell me this on Monday when I saw you?" I said it was because shes always so chipper in our sessions.

Im in an alternate universe where i smoke and the dishes arent done. I have to take my youngest to orientation tomorrow too.

Got a shower- long overdue! Feel refreshed! And started some laundry. Now if i could just get my daughter to pick up the kitchen including umpteen pop cans...

I think it was the shower. Im not happy about it being messy in here though and im still smoking. And i want sex but thats not likely to happen. Maybe. Maybe hypomanic. Maybe just self destructive?
