Help! I'm obsessed with unrealistic fears of abandonment by my husband. There's no evidence of it, but I constantly create it in my. In my mind. I'm so anxious. I have a diagnosis of bi-polar.

lynda.danhi, Are on medication and seeing a therapist to help you cope?

Talk to your husband about them. And make sure you're seeing a T and a Pdoc to manage symptoms of bipolar disorder.

I do the exact same thing, but I think my OCD plays a part in this. Have you been abandoned by others throughout your life? I feel this is why I have this problem because I have been abandoned my whole life due to others not being to handle my illnesses.
