Feeling better than last week

Wrestling with my gnawing inner voice - at least I'm trying and not fighting to lift my head off of the pillow

Today I will TRY to forgive myself for 1 thing I torture myself about - past mistakes, etc.

Gosh yes, forgive yourself for those past mistakes. Is there anyone you want to apologize to for those mistakes? If not, remember we have all probably done similar things here and chalk it up to making you more compassionate about others' flaws.
