I slept last night. I kinda feel even today. Not dreading the day. Mind isn't racing too bad. I'm going to try and embrace this feeling. Don't know how long it will last. One the other hand , feeling even makes me think there is nothing wrong with me and I made it all up. So I do feel guilty. Is this normal thoughts. Please give me some insight

I think we're told so often nothing is wrong with us and we wish it so much that the moment we feel better our head goes "see I told you. "

I think you're right. The even feeling didn't last long though. Starting to feel really hyper this evening. Need to try and calm down
